Intensive English ProgramDescriptionThe Intensive English Program offers 5 levels of courses that are designed to prepare international students for academic study at American colleges and universities. At our advanced level, we offer Academic Preparation classes and opportunities for students to participate in regular university classes. Through Conditional Undergraduate Admission, students may be accepted to the university and begin taking credit classes while enrolled in the IEP. For students who are more interested in English for business or social purposes, our courses help students improve their spoken and written English, and our classes also develop their understanding of the language and the culture of the American people. We emphasize creating opportunities for our international students to meet and talk with American university students, both in the classroom and in informal conversational situations.
