ESL Program / Intensive English ProgramDescriptionThis is an intensive program for individuals who wish to improve their language skills for academic, professional, and personal reasons. The program emphasizes the basic language skills, includes cultural components, and offers electives such as TOEFL preparation, and computer classes.
LocationThe University of San Francisco is a private Catholic, Jesuit University founded in 1855. It is located on a 55-acre hilltop campus. It overlooks Golden Gate Park, the Pacific Ocean, and downtown San Francisco. USF is located in a safe, residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation.
Teaching QualificationsFaculty hold advanced degrees (master's or doctorate) in TESL, linguistics, or related fields. They also have extensive teaching experience abroad and in the U.S.A.

Conditional admission is offered to undergraduate and graduate students who are academically qualified.
