Application Information

In order to register, please send the following items: * A signed and completed application form. You may register on our website: www.icchawaii.edu. * A bank statement to make the I-20 form that you will need to apply for the F1 Student Visa at the US Embassy or Consulate. The bank statement must be enough to cover tuition and school fees for the entire time of studies. For example, if you would like to study for 1 year, your bank statement must cover the costs for 1 year of school fees and living expenses for both you and your dependents (approx. $2000/month). If your bank statement is not enough to cover all costs for the entire time requested, we will make the I-20 form for the amount of time that will be covered by your bank statement. If you will study part-time, without a student visa, then a bank statement is not needed. * A $325 deposit to be used for tuition and school fees. You must pay your remaining balance on or before your first day of class to avoid a $25 LatePayment Fee. You may pay your $500 deposit by money order, VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.
