Center for English LanguageDescriptionBaruch College's Division of Continuing and Professional Studies offers a full-time Academic Intensive English Program. This 10 level program includes 20 hours per week of intensive English instruction for students who need to develop their language skills for future academic studies in the U.S. or professional and social purposes. Courses are specially designed to promote fluency and accuracy for effective oral and written communication. Students take classes in writing, reading, listening and speaking. Additionally, students select an elective course from one of our wide variety of offerings. This program is challenging, interactive and fun.
