Educational Service OpportunitiesUniversity counseling and placement are offered to students enrolled in EC San Francisco's University Foundation Program. Additionally, through this program, EC assists students with filling out applications and with essay writing assignments. Throughout the year, EC invites admissions officers and other speakers to the Center to talk with interested students. Computer laboratory with free internet access and a student library & study room are available for student use. Academic advising is offered to all students. For long-term students, an academic advisor will meet with each student on a regular basis to set English language goals and provide suggestions and advice for further study. EC offers a monthly free Lecture Series, open to all students, as well as free weekly classes that include Pronunciation, Idioms in Action, Presentation Skills and Conversation Strategies |
